Chay Mondejar-Saputil

With over nineteen years of experience in the IT industry, she is currently the Business Director of the digital marketing agency Wunderman International Philippines.  Prior to Wunderman, she was the Managing  Director of Chimes Digital Marketing Solutions, a company that quickly grew when she saw the opportunities in social media early on in the game.  In Microsoft, she was the manager for Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) and landed the award of Outstanding Performer for Asia Pacific, as well as worldwide recognition from Microsoft Corporation in Redmond.  She eventually moved on to become the senior Product Manager for Windows and successfully led the biggest launch ever mounted by Microsoft Philippines.  She’s been recently cited as a Microsoft Valuable Professional (MVP), an award given to non-Microsoft employees for engaging with communities focusing on the Windows technology.

Prior to Microsoft, she started her career as a developer and moved on to manage projects for the Unisys Information Services Division.  At Unisys, she earned the position as the head of the regional Center of Excellence that handled the development and technical sales of Unisys’ banking solution in Asia.  Because of her performance in this work, she moved on to become the Resource Manager reporting directly to the General Manager and was given the responsibility of Capacity and Resource Planning as well as the management and utilization of over 60 Consultants.  She was recognized by then President of Unisys Information Services Division Larry Russel and given the Knowledge Leadership Award for contributing to the skills and development of Unisys Services Professionals.
